EPA Forum 2019 : 17-18 October 2019


During 17-18 October 2019, the EPA Network jointly with ACED, the University of Abomey-Calavi, Benin, the Amsterdam Centre for World Food Studies will organize the EPA Forum 2019.

ACED participated in the Africa Evidence Week 2019


The Africa Evidence Network (AEN) is a broad community of nearly 3000 diverse people who share a vision to see an end to poverty and inequality in Africa.

The Network’s mission is to work with others to contribute to this vision by increasing the use of evidence in decision-making. The Network is pan-African, open to all who live and work on the continent.

Campaign to fundraise 14,000$US to improve the income of 50 women


Across the world and particularly in Africa, women are marginalized. They are considered inferior to men and are therefore more vulnerable. They are even more vulnerable when they are poor.

Our impact in 2018 / Benin


ACED has completed the final year of its 2014–2018 Strategic Plan.  During the implementation of the strategy, we developed several initiatives aimed at achieving our mission, which is to improve food and nutritional security in Benin while ensuring environmental sustainability. In brief, the last year of implementation of our strategic plan enabled us to set the future direction of our activities.
